Live Auction Information |
|
A big part of our program is our Live Auction fundraising event! As you know, District support is crucial to our success as an Association! Please know that your involvement and contributions drive the success of several critical CACD programs, not only for the annual meeting itself, but also to help with the funding of our youth programs, Camp Rocky and CO Envirothon, along with CACD’s Legislative goals. Our auction is not about purchasing something for a bargain price, it is about purchasing an item (or items) to support and benefit your state association and its mission. Supporting our Live Auction event is a fun way that you can help CACD!
Again, we challenge you to make a specific item or monetary donation, with a value of $40 or more. If you would like to purchase an item or gift certificate yourself, on behalf of you or your District, please do so and then fill out the attached Live Auction Item Form, including any details about the item that you would like to be known. Please return the form to me at your earliest convenience, via email ([email protected]), or you can mail it to the CACD address listed above. Please bring your item(s) with you to the Embassy Suites Hotel on November 14th. If you are not able to attend our meeting this year, perhaps you could send the item with someone who is planning to attend.
