Lead Watershed Conservation Technician | Southwest Region
Caleigh earned degrees in Environmental Science and Livestock Science with a minor in Crop Science from Ohio State University, as well as a Master's in Livestock Science from Kansas State University. Her education combined with her background in production agriculture has led her to practice and educate others on relevant, practical regenerative agriculture practices and conservation agriculture techniques. Her previous positions include ranch and grazing management, dairy farming, ruminant nutrition, and Extension work, among others.
Caleigh has served as the President of her county Farm Bureau for the past five years. Her passion is helping farmers and ranchers in whatever capacity is needed and teaching the public about agriculture. She has a farmer-first approach and a drive to grow practical soil health and conservation agriculture practices and assist farmers, ranchers, and landowners continue to improve resiliency on their operations.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and exploring with her heeler, Finn, boating, gardening, and fishing.

Fayanna Seely

Watershed Conservation Technician | Northwest Region
Fayanna was born and raised in the White River watershed. She dedicated her early years to raising two remarkable young adults. Her career journey led her to excel as a District Manager in Meeker, where she discovered a deep passion for natural resources. Fayanna has become a dedicated advocate for landowners, assisting them in accessing and implementing various programs offered through Conservation Districts. Her commitment lies in fostering meaningful relationships and providing invaluable support to ensure landowners receive the technical and financial assistance needed to enhance their properties sustainably.
